GMI's Floor Finishing system protects hardwood floors against heavy traffic, high impact wear and tear of commercial use.

Fast

GMI's Floor Finishing product requires minimal application time. With dry times of only three to five hours between coats, turn around times are minimized (will vary with application conditions). In most commercial applications, Street Shoe can be applied at night and the floors can be ready for light traffic in the morning.

Because it's water-based, GMI's Floor Finishing product is one of the safest wood floor finishes on the market... a real benefit for commercial installations open to the public. Our Floor Finish product is non-flammable, low odor and VOC compliant.
