MARINE PANEL SYSTEM

The panel system incorporates a unique method for the installation of modular linings and free standing divisional bulkheads in a ship's accommodation. The wide range of available options makes it possible to design tailor made cabins at almost serial production costs without sacrificing the highest standardswith regard to finish, fire class as well as heat and sound insulation. They greatly reduce disturbing noises while creating an aesthetic and harmonious environment on board ships. The bulkhead panels are constructed from galvanized sheet steel with roll profiled edges. They feature a ranging variety of attractive PVC-film finishes. A selection of simple and rigid joints provides flush surfaces with all connections covered. STRONG AND AESTHETIC JOINTS The wall panels are fixed together with non-visible steel profiles, which make the joint unnoticeable, and smooth while providing a tight and strong connection, without the unfavorable screws or rivets. Properly assembled, the whole construction is self-supporting and allows the fixing of heavy furniture directly to the panel without any extra reinforcement. EFFECTIVE INSULATION All panels are insulated with approved materials to obtain the highest possible fire and sound insulation. For high sound insulation, the panel core is formed with a void space in between two panels. INSTALLATION MADE EASY The modular components of the panel system are easy to assemble and install, openings for windows, ventilation ducts and other fixtures can easily be made with ordinary plate cutting tools on site or can be precut at the factory. The PVC-surface is covered with a protective film, which is easy to remove after installation.
